Join artist Wolfgang Weileder as he discusses the relationship between time and space, within his practice in particular reference to the new methodologies of how such changes can be captured and recorded using specially modified analogue and digital cameras.
Biography
Originally from Munich, Germany, Weileder is currently Professor in Contemporary Sculpture at the University of Newcastle, UK. Recent solo exhibitions include Royal Palace of Caserta, Italy (2018); London Festival of Architecture (2017); Museo d’Arte Moderna di Bologna, Italy, Kunsthalle Recklinghausen, Germany, Workplace Gallery, Gateshead, UK (2014); MADRE, Museo d’Arte Contemporanea Donna Regina, Naples, Italy (2011); Ciocca Arte Contemporanea, Milan (2008-09).
